Q. When will I get my order?
A. We aim to have customised orders completed and delivered within 7 working days, though this is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. We accept most major credit/debit cards plus Paypal payments.

Q. Where’s my order?
A. As soon as your order has been despatched you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track the progress of your parcel. Not received a tracking number? Please get in touch and one of our advisors will be happy to help.

Q. What if I’ve made a mistake on my personalisation?
A. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that changes can be made to your order if it has already gone into production.

Q. Can I have a different colour to what is displayed on the website?
A. If you have any specific design requirements to the options available on the shop, then please drop us an email before placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Q. Can I hang my sign outside?
A. Most of our signs are treated with a protective coating of wax or oil. We recommend re-applying this every 6 months. Wax and Oil are both available from most DIY stores.

Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please get in touch and we will be happy to quote for overseas shipping.

Q. What will you do with my personal information?
A. Your personal details will not be shared with 3rd parties. Please refer to our Privacy policy for more information.
